This system is authorized for up to Level 3 – restricted data, and data accessed, viewed or extracted from the system must be handled per State policy

 By logging into this system, you acknowledge that you have been specifically authorized by the State of Oregon to access the system and the information contained within and consent to monitoring of your use of the system. If you believe you have been granted access in excess of your business need, contact your manager immediately. Authentication information must be kept confidential, not shared with anyone, including support personnel, and not saved in the browser. Your computer screen is to be locked, or the Ivanti systems session logged out of before stepping away from your computer. 

If you suspect your account information has been compromised or shared with someone, or notice something suspicious, change your credentials and alert your manager immediately.
